Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this? Is there something leftover from Spigot that I need to change settings back on? (Also, I'm sure I'm running CraftBukkit now, I can confirm this in MCMyAdmin.) CraftBukkit and Minecraft are both version 1.9.2.

However, I have not had any luck with this either, the spawn chunks still do not always stay loaded, and the villages merge whenever I'm offline for more than a few minutes (confirming this by using a /save-all command to update the files, and then via NBTExplorer). I then changed to CraftBukkit, which people recommended to me, as it is supposed to have spawn chunks behave like they should in vanilla minecraft. Originally, I tried running this on a Spigot server, but then realized that there are no spawn chunks in a Spigot server, so this would not work. It is built in the spawn chunks, because if these chunks were to be unloaded and then reloaded, all of the villages would merge together. Hi, I am trying to build the Iron Titan on my server, which for those of you who don't know, is an iron golem farm that works in the spawn chunks of the server.
